How a project works.
Quote
Send us your idea. Usually within one business day, we send a design proposal and a fixed price, valid for 30 days.
Written discovery
For a custom build, we write down what the software should do and what’s included. Your price is based on that.
Consultation call
Talk the project through with us. The first hour is included for Enterprise, Public sector and Regulated projects. For Personal and Business projects, the call is priced in your quote and comes off the build if you go ahead.
Demo
We build a working demo with your logo and your data in 5–10 business days. It costs $2,500, and the full amount comes off the build if you sign within 60 days.
Build and launch
We start once the agreement is signed and the first invoice is paid. Call and demo credits come off that invoice. If the scope changes later, we price the change before doing it.
