What is included and how billing works
Extra usage has an agreed rate
If usage exceeds your plan’s limits, extra infrastructure is billed at the rate in your agreement.
A minimum monthly charge
Every plan has a minimum monthly charge to cover incident response, even when usage is low.
What we manage
Server setup, deployment, monitoring and alerts, encrypted backups, security updates, and a named contact when something goes wrong. Your monthly plan covers this management; there is no separate management fee.
GPU hosting
Hosting for AI and other GPU workloads
AI and other heavy workloads need GPUs. We price GPU capacity in your quote.
Shared GPU capacity
Billed per request or per minute. Best for: occasional use and the lowest-cost start.
Dedicated GPU
Reserved for you each month. Best for: steady use.
Extra capacity when needed
Billed hourly. Best for: batch jobs and periodic large jobs.
Hardware you own
You buy the GPUs and we run them for a management fee. Best for: keeping large workloads cheaper.
On-site, offline setup
Your hardware at your premises, with licensed software and a support contract, not connected to outside networks. Best for: regulated, sovereign and classified work.
